One of our favourite things to do as a couple is planning trips. Its something we both love, the same was true for our wedding. We had the benefit of being experts in both, that’s why we are combining the two for our couples.
We know how it feels to be overwhelmed with so many choices, not knowing what’s right for you. What you do want, and what you don’t want. We get it! We understand how important this is to you. That’s why our number one goal is to help you to have the most stress free process.

That’s why we give you so many options that we personally research for each individual couple. From romantic boat trips in Venice. All the way to trekking through a winter wonderland and sleigh riding in Alaska. Your ideas are never too wild for us.

WHO ARE WE?
Hey! We are Emily & Tom, your photo and video team.
We are the ones who love helping couples realise their dream elopement, either here in our home of British Columbia. Or across the world.
Why work with us?
- We’ve travelled to over 40 countries. Our travel experience gives us the knowledge to empower you to make confident decisions on where to have your elopement and avoid places that don’t fit your dream.
- We’ve shot over 300 unique weddings. So we know what works, and what doesn’t. Helping you craft a unique and meaningful day that is completely tailored to you two.
- We only work with a select amount of couples per year. Our whole business is based on personalisation and unique experiences. So we’d rather spend our time with a few couples. To get to know them, so we can best tailor our packages to them.
- We’ve been in your shoes. We decided to elope back in 2022. We went to our favourite country (Italy). And has the wedding the way we wanted it. So we know how daunting it can be deciding to take this path. We get it.

What every package includes
Done for you elopement service
We help you plan every aspect of the wedding day. We will go into more detail on the specific things we help with. This is as much or as less as you’d like it.
Vendor recommendations
Think of it as a friend recommending you the people they trust and know will deliver for you on your wedding day. We know lots of activity, catering, transport, celebrant and everything you can think of vendors. We can also look at vendors you are interested in and vet them for you.
Permit guidance
Who loves getting permits and dealing with authorities? Absolutely no one, that’s why we are here to do it for you.
Activity ideas
Helicopter rides, private chefs, roller skating, ice skating, scuba diving, paddle boarding, hot air balloons. Trust us we’ve heard it all before, just tell us what you like and we will give you lot’s of options in your location.
Professional location scouting
We know how to find all the best, scenic spots without the crowds. That totally suits your needs. This is one of the most important things to get right. We also take the time to listen to what inspires you two, and try to match you to locations that fit your needs, we have a few exercises and guides to help you find the perfect location for you.
Witnesses
For a lot of our eloping couples, we are the only people, other than the person conducting the legal ceremony. So we can be your witnesses and are fully down to do so!
Marriage licence guidance
No situation is too complicated for us. Is your partner from abroad? Are you both from outside of Canada? We can help you navigate the legal process of getting married in Canada.
Outfit and packing guide
We will make sure you have the right equipment and things with you to make the focus of the day on you two, not on the logistics of what you need to have on you. With our packing guide we don’t leave any stones un turned.

How do we know how much coverage we need?
This can be quite overwhelming, this largely depends on what you want to do for the day (Which we can help you with). We can look through your ideas and give you some inspiration and then give you our recommendations on how long you’ll need.
Can you help us with the permits and legalities?
Absolutely! We have a good amount of knowledge in finding the correct permits for locations and dealing with other countries and their laws and regulations around marriage. We also had to do this ourselves when we got married in Italy. So we’ve been in your shoes!
What happens if we get bad weather?
Being in the wedding business, we are experts and used to last minute changes, thinking on the fly. And beating the odds. In short, don’t worry about weather conditions. We always have a backup on hand, sometimes this can enhance your images and make for some beautiful, memorable images that stand out!
Do you capture other types of weddings?
Our bread and butter is Elopements and small weddings. We have shot all kinds of different weddings across the world. We do take on a small number of big weddings each year.
Do you help with logistics and planning?
This is something that comes with all of our packages, we love planning trips and events. So this is second nature to us.
Can you help us with our timeline?
Yes! This is included in our core service offering.
I am not sure on where we want to get married, can you help us?
We love it when clients come to us with a couple of ideas, but no set location in mind. It gives us an opportunity to really get to know them and figure out where is best for them. Its already there inside your head, you may just need a little help bringing it to the front of your mind.
LOGISTICS? IDEAS? EXPERIENCES?
Where there’s a will, there’s a way.
Trust us, if you’re worried about logistics. Don’t be. This is something we have a ton of experience with. However impossible it may seem right now, its not. We can help you compile all of your ideas, wants and needs into a plan, that we can break down step by step to achieve your dream wedding. You’ll also have access to all of our wedding and elopement resources.
And of course, we are always on hand to discuss and help with any problem. You can think of us as friends who want to see you have a dream elopement. But we’re also pretty nifty with a camera.
